i stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a fine stay. the accommodation was deluxe with very attentive and amazingly friendly staff. the location turned out to be excellent, really close to the buses, food spots and the local market.

staying at posada gutierrez was a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when my shuttle didn't arrive. the location was perfect, close to the local market and easily accessible for visiting other parts of guatemala.

toilet issue

I arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been upgraded to a twin room with a private bathroom. The garden with a hammock was a delightful addition and provided a peaceful retreat. The breakfast, although the same both days, was satisfying. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering assistance with hotel-related matters and tours to other cities. The clean and cozy atmosphere added to my enjoyable stay. The hotel's location was also excellent, just a short walk away from the heart of the city.
